Young space enthusiasts will have the chance to explore the wonders of the universe during the upcoming "Out of This World" Evening STEM Camp. Designed for children aged 5-10, the camp will take place May 13-16 at the Capital Area Career Center, offering an exciting, hands-on introduction to astronomy, physics, and space engineering.

Each evening, participants will dive into interactive STEM activities, including stargazing inside an inflatable Star Lab, building model spacecraft, and learning from astronomy experts. Scouts attending the camp can also earn STEM elective adventures, adding to their collection of achievements.

The final night, May 16, will be a special celebration at the Route 66 Drive-In Theater, where families can enjoy an evening packed with scouting and STEM fun. Activities will include rock wall climbing, archery, a BB gun range, and rocket launching, wrapping up the camp with an unforgettable experience.

The camp is open to all children, with special discounts available through the Share the Adventure and Check It Outprograms. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
