This week, Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in identifying a suspect in reference to a burglary and theft at a construction site at the Illinois Principal’s Association located at 2940 Baker Dr. in Springfield.
On December 25, 2024, a white male suspect wearing an orange sweatshirt with a black jacket gained entry to the construction site and removed several feet of copper pipe valued over $1,500. Additionally, the suspect stole various power tools from the site as well.
